Maria Giulia Sperotto

Maria Giulia is an Italian lawyer specializing in corporate law, national and international corporate contracts, M&A and general corporate assistance, both in and out of court.

Maria Giulia advises industrial companies, companies belonging to multinational groups and family businesses. Her experience ranges from drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, to advising clients on the day-to-day corporate matters and extraordinary transactions.

She graduated from the University of Trento in 2014 and has spent several periods of training abroad, attending the Université Montesquieu Bordeaux IV and, subsequently, the University of Melbourne.

Maria Giulia has been a member of the Verona Bar since 2017. She is currently an associate at Ughi e Nunziante Law Firm and has previously worked with leading Italian law firms.
