Pablo Vinageras

Pablo Vinageras is a partner in Fieldfisher’s corporate department, having spent almost his entire professional career at Garrigues. He specializes in commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital, as well as start-ups. He is also an honorary member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).

Among other fields, he specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and commercial contracts, especially in relation to advising international investment companies with interests in Spain and start-ups. His participation in transactions (purchase and sale of shares and assets, joint ventures, financing rounds, investment agreements, collaboration and specialization agreements, restructurings, etc.) with transnational elements, with particular attention to Anglo-Saxon countries, China and Latin America, stands out.

In addition, he provides recurring advice on corporate matters in the main M&A and internal restructuring transactions carried out by the aforementioned entities, as well as by private equity firms and certain industrial sectors.

He is an associate professor at ESADE Law School (Universitat Ramon Llull) where he teaches international business law.

Pablo’s working languages are Spanish (mother tongue) and English. In addition, he understands, reads and speaks French.
