Agata Adamczyk is a Polish lawyer experienced in corporate law, M&A and in contract law.
Agata started her carrier in the year 2000. Ever since she has practised law in the international environment. She is now the managing partner of Adamczyk, Liber & Associates Business Law Firm based in Cracow (www.allegal.pl).
In the year 2014 Agata was granted with the 1st price FORBES Professional – Lawyer of the year for the southern region of Poland and was characterised by “remarkable legal skills combined with high ethical standards”. In the year 2013 she was appointed Ambassador of Women Entrepreneurship under the auspices of the Poland’s First Lady.
She has been studying at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow and has completed additional courses at Université Montpellier I, Université d’Orleans and Columbus School of law in Washington.
Agata often advises foreign clients willing to do business in Poland and participates in negotiations, drafts joint-venture agreements, documents related to the creation of enterprises. Her field of expertise is particularly sale and purchase agreements related to shares and assets or whole enterprises. Agata represents her clients in court proceedings, often in a cross-border context, including corporate disputes, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and awards. She assists clients in real estate investments.
Agata works in English and French on the everyday basis and she is also able to communicate in Spanish.
