Alexander Katzendorn is a Russian lawyer specialized in representing clients in a wide variety of domestic cases in the Russian state courts, having a wide experience obtained by handling complex disputes and negotiations both with governmental authorities and private parties. Alexander also advises foreign and Russian clients on commercial transactions in Russia and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and venture capital.

He is the owner of a boutique law firm in Moscow-City Consulting LLC, established by experienced law professionals in 2015, specialized in providing legal support to foreign investors in Russia, especially in relation to dispute resolution, corporate, employment matters and commercial contracts.

Alexander has graduated with honors from the faculty of international law of a Moscow State Institute of International Relations with the Ministry of External Affairs in 2009 and further received LL.M with honors in American Business Law with the American Business and Legal Education Program (Pericles law school in Moscow) in 2012 as well as additionally LL.M with honors in Transnational Commercial Practice with Lazarsky University (Warsaw) in 2015.

Besides Russian, he speaks fluently English and German.
