Andreas Eustacchio areas of practise are Product Liability Law & Product ComplianceCorporate Law, Competition Law, Employment Law, Real Estate, European Community Law,  , Copyright, Trademark and Patent Law, International Civil and Commercial Litigation,.. 

Andres is Lecturer at the Management Center Innsbruck (MCI) for International Product Liability,  and FH Campus ViennaHeis visiting professor at the Universities of Sanya (China) and Hanoi (Vietnam) andhe was awarded the title of “Honorary Professor (FH)” by the IMC University of Applied Sciences of Krems/Danube (2017). 

Andreas is founding partner of EUSTACCHIO Rechtsanwälte law firmVienna, was visiting attorney in an international law firm in Milan, Italy (2003) and is a recommended attorney by the British Embassy in Vienna, worked as trainee in the foreign trade office of the Austrian Economic Chamber, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (1995); foreign trade department of the EU Commission in Brussels, Belgium (1997);  

Andreas holds a doctorate degree (Dr. iurisfrom  the University of Graz (2001) and a Master in International Business Law (1997-1998) from The London School of Economics (LSE). 

Andreas received the order of merit “Cavaliere dell’Ordine della Stella D’Italia“ by the president of the Republic of Italy, is Delegate of the German-Italian Chamber of Commerce in Austria (www.italcam.at), Ordinary Member of the “Austrian Arbitration Association” and a member of the “International Association of Italian Speaking Lawyers” – AIGLI. 

Andreas advises companies on matters of automation and digitalisation, particularly with regard to self-driving cars and Associate Legal Partner of the VIRTUAL VEHICLE Research Centre for Autonomous Driving.
