Balint Halmos is a Hungarian qualified lawyer, based in Budapest and specialized in the areas of corporate law, real estate property law, public procurements and e-commerce.

Balint graduated in Eötvös Loránd University of Law in Budapest. He also successfully completed a post-graduation program at the University of Law in Pécs in ICT and E-Commerce law obtaining a LLM degree. Balint worked in several Italian law firms over several years.

In the last years, Balint has matured experience assisting international companies (small and medium) as well as private individuals, especially in the aspects related to cross boarder investments in Hungary.

Balint is very active in the field of bilateral relationships between Italy and Hungary and he is the member of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hungary and the Association of IT Lawyers in Hungary.

Balint speaks Hungarian, English, Italian and Portuguese.
