Dr. Benedikt Rohrßen specialises in commercial agreements (purchase, manufacture and sale) & distribution (e-commerce, commercial agency, distributor and franchise systems). He also advises on product safety and product recalls.

Benedikt has wide experience in assisting top international companies as well as family-owned businesses in international trade, with specific experience in handling business with Germany (import/export).

Benedikt lives and works in Munich since 2010. He is salary partner at the international law firm Taylor Wessing. Before, he studied law in Münster (Germany) and Rome (Italy), he worked for a commercial law firm in Hamburg and an international organisation in Brussels (Belgium).

He also is:

• a lecturer on Commercial and Distribution Law at Munich Business School,
• Vice-President the AIJA T.R.A.D.E. Commission (Trade, Retail, Agency, Distribution & E-Commerce),
• member both of the International Distribution Institute (IDI), Turin, and the Italian Chamber of Commerce Munich (ITALCAM).

Benedikt’s mother tongue is German and he is fluent in Italian, English, French and Spanish.
