Brian Durcan

Brian is a partner in Good & Murray Smith LLP, a boutique litigation firm based in Dublin, Ireland. He specialises in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and regulatory investigations, particularly in the financial services, insurance and technology sectors.

He has advised on shareholder disputes, civil fraud claims, investment disputes, coverage disputes, directors’ and officers’ liability claims, licensing disputes, product liability claims, professional negligence claims, and commercial agency disputes. He has also defended regulatory investigations taken by the Central Bank of Ireland, the Corporate Enforcement Authority, the Financial Conduct Authority (UK), the Prudential Regulation Authority (UK) and the Takeover Panel (UK). He often works on high value matters with multinationals, professionals, large banks, insurance companies, broker dealers, and high net worth individuals.
