Caroline Barbe is a lawyer specialized in labour and employment law. She took her oath in 2008 and joined Solucial Avocats’ team first as an associate and became a partner in 2012.

She advises and assists exclusively companies in different situations such as international mobility of employees, individual and collective negotiations, retirement plans, redundancies, employment litigation or relation with the labour Administrations.

Caroline  speaks on a regular basis about labour legal news at the French-Belgian Chamber of Commerce and other HR clubs. Caroline also trains HR and managers on different topics related to employment law.

She  is an active member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and has just been designated Vice-President of its Labour Law Commission; she is also a member of the International Commission of the Lille Bar’s and an active member of the CJD association (Young Leaders Committee).

Caroline speaks fluently French and English.
