Christian Montana is an Italian lawyer specialized in international commercial and contract law, international family and succession law, international litigation.

He graduated in law in Bologna, and holds a certificate of professional practice issued by the Court of Appeal in Innsbruck (Austria).

Christian is admitted to the Treviso Bar Association since 1999 and is one of the Partners of Gardenal & Associati law firm, with offices in Milan and Conegliano (Treviso).

He has been a member of the Executive Committee of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers) where he was also President of the “Private Clients’ Commission” and Vice-President of the “Human and Procedural Rights and Responsibilities Commission”.

Christian is a speaker and teacher at seminars and courses in international law and contracts, for example: the “IBATAX” Master in International Trade, Taxation and Arbitration, organized by the “Ca’ Foscari” University in Venice; seminars and courses organized by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts, and Agriculture of Treviso-Belluno, and others.

He is a co-author of the book “Il recupero dei crediti internazionali” (on collection of international debts) published by IPSOA in 2010, and has written several articles and contributions on various international commercial and private law matters in different reviews (Newsmercati; The Journal of International, Tax, Trust and Corporate Planning) and books (e.g.  “International Protection of Adults” published by Oxford University Press).

He speaks fluently Italian, English, and German.
