Christopher Miller

Christopher A. Miller is an Associate at Miller Shah LLP in its Philadelphia office.

Christopher concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, including whistleblower, securities, employee benefits, and consumer protection litigation.  He also represents both U.S. and international corporations in various aspects of their transactional needs, including contract drafting and negotiations, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Christopher is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  In addition to these jurisdictions, he has worked on cases with local and co-counsel throughout the United States.  Christopher is a member of the American Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Christopher received his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.  Before becoming a lawyer, Christopher was an English instructor and debate coach at a large university in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.  Christopher also previously worked for the House of Commons of the United Kingdom and a law firm in Parma, Italy.

Christopher speaks English and is proficient in Italian.
