Diego Salluzzo is an italian lawyer with significant experience and expertise in law international trade and agri-food law. After a long experience as
general counsel of multinational companies, operating in particular in the automotive and high-tech sectors, for many years he has been a salary partner of Studio Legale Grande Stevens with offices in Turin, Milan and Rome.
Oriented by professional training to be a lawyer assisting companies and devoted to prevention and problem solving, he has gained significant experience in the Chinese and Brazilian markets.
A law graduate from Turin, he holds a Master’s degree in Management and Business Administration at the Turin School of Business Administration. He is currently President of the Agri-food Law Commission of the Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA); President of the Union of Wine and Vine Lawyers (UGIVI); Special Projects Officer of the International Bar Association (IBA) – Alternative and New Law Business Structures Committee and corresponding member of the Accademia of Agriculture of Turin. Lecturer and speaker at various public and private institutions in Italy and abroad, he is author of several articles in legal journals and publications on international contracts, compliance, risk management and wine law. Co-author of Wine Law and Policy, From National Terroirs to a Global Market, winner in 2021 of the OIV Vitivinicultural Law award.
He collaborates with the Wolters Kluwer Group in the editing of e-books and country sheets on foreign investments.
