Elina has a master degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Latvia (mag. iur. 2003). She is Attorney at Law admitted to the Latvian Bar, having provided legal assistance to numerous local and international clients. She has been practicing law for last 20 years and ran her own practice for past 7 years.  Elina specializes in majority of main areas that a company requires from opening up a business until closing it down. This is specifics of the small market she practices at.

Since 2005, Elina has been an active member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA). She has held different positions and at present serves as President of the In-house Counsel Commission of the association.

Elina speaks fluently Latvian, Russian and English.
