Irene Grassi, Italian lawyer, specializes in International Trade Law, Agency and Distribution Contracts, Business and Corporate Law, Private International Law, Insolvency Law, as well as in Litigation and International Arbitration.

She has been a member of the Bar of Bologna since 1993 and she is admitted to the Italian Supreme Court.

She is lecturer in Contracts of International Trade at the Master course on Business lawyers and consultants at the University of Bologna.

Since 2011 she has been partner of CLG Italia Studio Legale e Tributario, member of the international network Commercial Law Group.

She graduated in law cum laude at the University of Bologna in 1990 and obtained a PhD in European law in 1993; until 1995 she did research and lecturing in International and European Law at the University of Bologna.

She is a member of IDI, International Distribution Institute, Turin.

She speaks Italian, English, French and German.
