John Kadelburger specializes in international arbitration, corporate, M&A and commercial practices.

John has more than 30 years’ extensive international experience from top tier international firms in both transactional and M&A work and dispute resolution. John advices clients in regard to general corporate and commercial matters including i.a. joint ventures, construction, foreign investments, manufacturing, IT and international and domestic arbitration, as both as counsel and as arbitrator.

In regard to arbitration John has experience from various institutional arbitration rules eg. the SCC, ICC, UNCITRAL and the Milan Chamber of Arbitration. John possess considerable knowledge from dispute resolution and cross border work in relation to Russian, CIS and China markets.

John holds a LL.M. law degree from Uppsala University and a Diploma in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins University SAIS Bologna Center. He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association, Registered Foreign Lawyer, Ordine degli Avvocati di Verona, Italy, the International Bar Association, a member of the board of the Swedish Branch of the International Law Association, Swiss Arbitration Association, Swedish Arbitration Association, International Arbitration Institute, Paris and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) European Council, Advisory Board of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration, The Center for American and International Law, Dallas, Tx., USA.

John speaks fluently Swedish, English, German, Italian and French.
