Marharyta earned two law degrees with honors: the first in Ukraine in 2017 and the second in Italy in 2023, where she discussed a thesis related to the impact of economic sanctions on international commercial contracts and arbitration in the context of private international law.

She is also a PhD candidate at the Chair of Comparative Private Law at the University of Verona, where she carries out research activities focused on ESG compliance, climate litigation and contract law in the context of the new European regulations on Corporate Sustainability.

He carries out his professional practice at the law firm Dindo, Zorzi e Associati in Verona.

At the law firm, Marharyta collaborates with a team specializing in contract law, international trade and corporate governance, integrating her academic and professional skills to address complex and evolving regulatory areas.

She is fluent in Italian, English, Russian, and Ukrainian, qualities that enable her to operate effectively in multicultural and international legal environments.
