Per-Ola Bergqvist

Per-Ola Bergqvist is a Swedish lawyer who is experienced in construction and public procurement law.

His career started in 1999, after graduating from the University of Lund, with a couple of years of court service, followed by entering into private practice in 2002. He was admitted to the bar in 2006 and has been, since 2022, an expert counsel at Vinge (www.vinge.se) after 18 years as a partner at a midsize boutique firm. He is based in Malmö but works with clients all over Sweden.

According to the clients interviewed by Legal500 in 2024, Per-Ola is “among the most skilled lawyers in the field of public procurement in Sweden.” 

Per-Ola advises both the public and private sides, foreign and domestic, on matters related to public procurement and construction, general contractual matters related to infrastructure, and real estate transactions. His work field comprises compliance and litigation, and He represents his clients in court proceedings, both in civil and administrative courts.

Per-Ola works in Swedish and English and can also communicate in French.
