Philippe Sylvestre is a Luxembourg lawyer (avocat à la Cour) and is member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2014. He practices at Brucher, Thieltgen & Partners in the areas of corporate and commercial law with a particular focus on shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, insolvency proceedings and corporate restructurings.
