Robert van Faassen

Robert van Faassen has worked at Wijn & Stael Advocaten since 2010 and focuses his practice on bankruptcy law, restructuring, corporate law and financing. Robert is partner of Wijn & Stael Advocaten since 2021. He is regularly appointed as trustee in bankruptcy cases and also assists other trustees in legal investigations and the settlement of large bankruptcy claims. Robert also counsels companies and directors on issues relating to bankruptcy, restructuring or financing.

Robert is a solid attorney and trustee, who handles bankruptcies in a decisive and efficient manner. “I enjoy being the hub and being responsible for settling a bankruptcy – with respect for the interests of all parties involved – in the best possible way.
