Sebastian Harschneck

Sebastian is a partner at the law firm bnt Attorneys in CEE for the offices in Nuremberg (Germany) and Sofia (Bulgaria). His work focuses on Corporate and M&A matters – in particular for foreign investors – as well as dispute resolution in all areas of commercial law.

Sebastian advises and represents national and international clients from various industries. His core competencies include advising foreign investors on entering the German market, e.g., by setting up their own company, acquiring shareholdings, or setting up a joint venture with German partners. In addition, Sebastian advises and represents companies in disputes between shareholders or with commercial partners. Providing advice on general commercial and contractual matters completes Sebastian’s range of services as an external corporate lawyer.

As a member of the “Corporate and M&A” practice group at his law firm, Sebastian is regularly part of teams for cross-border transactions and is familiar with the specifics of foreign legal systems.

His industry experience relates in particular to mechanical engineering, wholesale and retail, the automotive industry, the pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors, as well as the construction industry. In addition, Sebastian has a special focus on the transport industry and the specifics of truck tolls.

Sebastian received his legal education at the universities of Passau (Germany) and Krasnoyarsk (Russia).

He speaks German, English and Russian.
