Simone Rossi specializes in corporate, commercial, banking and debt restructuring law.

He works both in extrajudicial and litigation contexts. He has gained significant experience in assisting banks and companies in acquisition transactions, financing, debt restructuring and contracts with customers and suppliers. He also has particular experience in corporate governance, shareholders’ agreements and generational transfers of family businesses.

Graduated in Law from the University of Bologna in 1996, he is enrolled in the Verona Bar since 1999 and partner of the law firm Macchi di Cellere Gangemi since 2015.
