The professional activity of Stepan Holub is mainly focused on corporate matters, IT law, private clientele and real estate. He advises his clients on foreign direct investments.

Stepan is Partner of Holubová advokáti s.r.o. Law Firm, with office in Prague, Czech Republic.

He holds a Law degree from the Charles University in Prague, and he also studied at the University of Stockholm.

Stepan was recommended by Who´s Who Legal as a leading expert on private clients in the Czech Republic.

He is a member of the Executive committee of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers). He was the head of organising committee for an international congress of lawyers in Prague 2014 of AIJA with attendance of more than 500 lawyers.

He gives regular lectures at the Charles University. He was a speaker at various international seminars.

He speaks Czech, English, German and Swedish.
