Martine Hoogendoorn is partner and co-founder of Doorn en Keizer employment lawyers in Amsterdam, where she advise international and domestic clients.

She is an experienced employment lawyer who advises and litigates on behalf of companies and executives with respect to their Dutch operations and labour & employment law issues, including employment documentation, employee benefits, employee consultation and co-determination rights, individual terminations, reorganisations and collective redundancies.

Martine is also experienced in agency agreements, harassment and discrimination and compliance (health&safety, business ethics, anti-bribery&corruption, business conduct, data privacy, etc.).

She is an honorary member of AIJA (Association International des Jeunes Avocats) and former President of its Labour Law Commission and an active member of the International Section of the American Bar Association. She regularly gives presentations, in-house training and speaks at seminars. Her publications include various contributions to annual or bi-annual labour and employment law guides and blogs.

Martine is fluent in Dutch and English and understands and reads German and French.
