Sascha Lang

Sascha Lang is a Dutch lawyer based in Amsterdam, specializing in commercial contracts, litigation, insolvency law, and distributed ledger technology. He both advises and litigates on behalf of his clients. He regularly advises on tokenization, token contracting, and the corresponding financing phases, including seed funding and token offerings, always in close collaboration with other specialists in the field, both from the industry as with legal specialists from adjacent fields.
