Stephanie Reed Traband

Stephanie Reed Traband is an American lawyer and a partner in the Miami office of McCarter & English, LLP.

She studied at Tulane University School of Law (J.D.) and University of Tennessee (B.A. in political science with a minor in English).

Stephanie has broad experience in commercial, real estate and banking litigation.  As an advocate, she often assists her clients in complex cases concerning various contract, real estate, and fraud matters.  Stephanie also has broad experience enforcing creditors’ rights.  Beyond her her litigation experience, Stephanie is also an arbitrator.

In addition to Legalmondo, Stephanie is an active member of different legal associations, such as the American Bar Association, the International Law Section of the Florida Bar, and the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), where she is an honorary member.

She is fluent in English (native speaker), and she also speaks Spanish and Italian.
