Vincent Eicher is a French lawyer and a partner of Alezan, a law firm based in Paris.
He advises his clients in corporate law, accompanying them in the strategy, the negotiation and the realization of the operations of acquisitions and sales of shareholdings or assets, transfer of goodwill, and restructuring or partnerships and their consequences (liability guarantees, shareholder disputes, insolvency proceedings, etc.)
Vincent deals also with issues relating to the supply-chain, analyzing existing contractual models and assisting in the drafting and/or negotiation of new agreements (including: subcontracting, manufacturing, distribution, agency, services, cooperation agreements, general conditions of sales). He also advice clients in responding to invitations to tender and in judicial disputes related to the termination of these contractual relationships.
Born and raised in a multicultural environment with roots in France, Asia and the United States, Vincent has always developed his professional career in an international context.
He studied at Dijon University and at the European University Institute in Firenze (Italy), graduated in law cum laude (1983) and holds a PhD in International law (1992).
Admitted at Paris Bar in 1990, Vincent has worked as a lawyer at Clifford Chance, a a researcher at CNRS, an in-house lawyer at AXA Company, an associate and a partner in various law firms and founded Alezan in 2011.
He speaks French (mother tongue), English (fluent) and Italian.
